This balm is actually a beautiful creamy texture that applies smooth on my 45 year old eye lids with a neutral touch that leaves me comfortable with my eye makeup in a pinch. I have it 4 stars because the size of the tin is roughly that of a quarter. Otherwise it’s beautiful and applies without much effort
