What it is: A two-in-one foaming daily face wash that gets your day off to a clean, refreshing start.
What it does: Efficient and energizing, this cleanser effectively removes dirt, oil and debris from skin while doing double-duty as a shaving cream, too.
How to use: Take a dime-sized amount of cleanser onto the palm of your hand. Add small amounts of cold or lukewarm water to work up to a rich lather. Apply the foam onto your face using gentle, circular motions. Rinse thoroughly.

This is a product which keeps my face looking great. And when I apply it in the shower, using just a small amount, and self massage my neck, chin and cheeks and forehead, and sometimes even my arms, I feel real good. Every man should use this.

it's just ok
I thought I was buying the Deep Cleansing Scrub, but got this. As a soap, it's just ok. I expect more from Shiseido. The perfumed cleansers are way better. Hopefully, Shiseido will bring back the Depp Cleansing Scrub.

Formula changed for sure
The viscosity is lower now, it feels watery, not as thick as before, the lather is also not as foamy, the fragrance definitely changed, this now smells more like hexenol cis-3, like cut grass, and less like dihydromyrcenol, a clean citrus floral soapy smell. I am sad that this formulation changed after using this product for more than 3 years.
