Eyelet Hem Peplum Top

So lovely. This is beautiful. The linen will keep one cool in dry and wet heat while looking beautiful. Can be warm in cooler weather also with a jean jacket as linen goes great with denim. I love the gathered waist line. In both the ivory and black then elastic so very flattering to hide a slight tummy while still having a feminine look. One point is I have a longer torso so it goes up a tad on the torso if one has a longer torso. Most people do not have a longer torso. I have this issue with all clothes so it is NOT the fault of this wonderful designer. I bought the ivory and the black. Ivory is slightly sheer but NOT completely sheer. I don’t need to wear anything under the ivory. The black is not sheer at all. One can add a cotton camisole if you prefer but I am modest snd will NOT wear a camisole. Both the white and black will be perfect for Jean shorts, other linen shorts and pants, denial skirts, a wicker or raffia style handbag with straps sandals or summer loafers. Can be dressed up or down. Great for festivals, the fair, happy hour alfresco the harbor or beach, church, resorts, school reunions, weddings. 5-7, 135-142 lbs depending on the day.

I wear a 34C bra so I got a small in this top so it wouldn’t be tight. I was bt sizes on this. The material bulges under my armpits which isn’t flattering. I’m not sure if it’s my body or the top or both, but it was a lot more material than I was expecting. Bummer bc it looks really cute in the photo, especially paired with the matching shorts.

I bought this top in-store, super cute and fits much nicer than how it shows in the photo and paired it with the matching shorts in off-white. It is a heavier weight linen blend.

I have mixed feelings about this blouse. I needed this blouse to go with the cutout lace pants in this line. I’m long waisted so the elastic waist hit uncomfortably high - like it was an high waist under the bust line look. If it shrinks lengthwise, it will be a total loss. I bought the XL & XXL. It fits vertically, but is big everywhere else.

Very cute. Nice fit. However, fabric is scratchy. I'm keeping it because I like the look of it and am hoping the scratchiness will go away with a few washings. I wish it came in a true red color. Black isn't the best for hot Arizona summers.
