Painful Horrible Quality
I am not new to Longchamp and was excited to get this. The leather quality is unrecognizable for this brand. Extremely stiff without glazing. It actually hurts to wear as crossbody. Maybe it will soften with wear, but like a bad pair of shoes, this is too expensive to have to “break in.”

I have this purse in the small size so once I saw that there was an “extra small” le pliage neo I knew I had to get my hands on it especially since tiny bags are so in! Compared to the small neo, the straps on this one is adjustable which is a huge plus for me. Also, you can surprisingly fit so much in here! I have put my iPhone 11 Pro Max, Louis Vuitton Mini Pochette & Louis Vuitton Zippy Coin purse with room to spare! I have been enjoying this bag so much since I got it. I hope you do too if you decide to get it!

In Love with this Big Mini Bag
I'm in love! I knew when I saw this I had to have it since I get so much use of my larger Le Pliage totes. This is considered a mini bag, but for something so small it holds a lot! I heard people say its too small (which is it compared to a full tote bag), but this meant to be a "XS" mini bag, so in that case its big. I can fit my large phone, mini or big wallet, small makeup case, key holder, big sunglasses case, sanitizer and lipppies very comfortably. Also, a regular size water bottle (16oz) does fit! Amazing! I love that its an adjustable strap that short enough for me (4'10") and the nylon is super carefree and light weight. I'll be getting a lot of use of this bag! Highly recommend!

The crossbody strap is pieced together on both sides making it prone to damage or snagging...not the usual quality from Longchamp. The bag itself is perfect, but at that price it went back.

Hard to get in & out of
I love the idea of the size and versatility, and how there is a handle and adjustable strap for shoulder/crossbody use, however getting in and out of can be cumbersome because:
- the button flap is stiff
- the zipper is big and bulky
- the handle is small & stiff, gets in the way of getting in & out with hands quickly
Plus strap is sturdy, however it is their stiff leather material, which feels uncomfortable when wearing as strap. Strap doesn't flatten back from using one hole and switching to another hole.
I'm petite and have small hands. Felt it was cumbersome to get in & out of because of bulky zipper and stiff materials used.
