Extra Large Paperclip Bracelet

This is a quality/service issue with this brand, The Lovery, as the necklace and the bracelet were sent directly from them vs from a Nordstrom location. I paid for the Extra Large link bracelet. I was sent the Large link! The photos clearly model the sizes and it is easy to determine that the length of the links are dramatically different. The Extra Large, as ordered is significantly pricier but I was sent the less expensive, much smaller link of the Large Paperclip. I find this unscrupulous at best as the vendor should know their product intimately so this “mix up” should not have occurred. Waste of my time and now am without Christmas gifts! Inexcusable.
