Now available in Static Bling, a neutral champagne color designed for sculpting and highlighting with a soft and shimmery twist and packed in opulent, seasonal packaging. The formula provides long-wearing luminosity fo rup to 10 hours of wear.

How to use: Apply the Highlighter to skin using sweeping strokes and blend well.
