Disappointed, poor quality

I was so excited to receive this necklace, but it was such a disappointment. The chains on each side of the eye are two different lengths (see photo), so when the pendant hangs centered, the clasp shows to the side of my neck. Additionally, it is not adjustable, so you do not have the option of wearing it different lengths. The pendant itself is pretty; it is a cute, dainty necklace. I would’ve loved it if it was adjustable, and the chain was equal on each side! It just didn’t seem like a good quality necklace worth $180. Disappointed in Nordstrom for carrying this brand, clearly they have quality control issues. Returning.
