Everywhere Phone Strap

It was great while it lasted. The string started to unravel at the clip portion. And now I can’t even buy the same item to replace it. Can Nordstrom fix it? Or do we contact Joiana Jewelry? Still have all the pieces! Ha.

I was very impressed with the packaging. It was such a delight to open this item. The polka-dot box was so cute. Unfortunately, after a few days of using, the item broke.

Beautiful design and really handy at first! Unfortunately, the quality doesn’t hold up for daily use as a phone strap. Within a few months, the clasp separated from the bead/string, and since it’s not repairable, I can no longer use it as either a phone strap or a necklace.

I am absolutely in love with my new phone chain--the colors are so striking, and while I'm treating this as a mostly decorative item, it's actually quite sturdy! It came beautifully packaged, in a lovely velvet pouch with magnetic flap closure. I also can't say enough about Joiana Jewelry--I had a very specific request and they provided an extraordinary level of personalized service. They truly went above and beyond, and I will be a repeat customer.

Still gorgeous. I’ve banged it up a few times against hard surfaces and it is still intact. Still pretty and useful. It’s a bit big and because it’s beads it’s sort of slippery. But for the most part it helps with not losing my phone.
