Everyday Soft Leather Tote

I was excited to receive this bag. When I ordered an $800 bag from Nordstrom I was confused why the pick up was at the Rack when the Nordstrom store was across the street. When I picked up the bag it was thrown into a box, no dust bag, with one sheet of tissue paper. The quality of the bag was fine but didn’t feel luxurious at all, the presentation didn’t help. When I decided to return the bag I was told that I had to take it back to Nordstrom, not the rack. This was super annoying. I was very disappointed in the customer service from Nordstrom and the lack of luxury concierge. I also ordered a Proezna Schoulder bag for pick up from the same store which I never received, I cancelled the order. I ordered the same Proenza bag from Net-a-Porter and had an amazing experience, that type of service is what I expected from Nordstrom. So sad, I have loved Nordstrom for 20+ years and do not want to shop here anymore.

I bought this and loved the color. It's stunning hence the 3 stars. The problem is that it's the size of my LV bag and sat at the same length on my body. It's not a large enough tote. It was like I had the same size purse twice and it's not build like a purse. It's flimsy. The other issue is that it's such a soft leather that I was afraid to use it as to not damage it in anyway. I returned it with tears in my eyes.
