Great Deal for all you get!

I went in to pre-order this complete makeup event deal. Was thrilled when i saw all that was included. Jan at your Towson Location is always helpful. She spent quality time teaching me how to apply things. I also know I can go back with questions if I need help. Trish- video explaining your products would be helpful!

I received this, and it was obvious that several of the products had already been tried by somebody. for mascara in particular when you first removed the applicator wand, it should have a little bit of a pop like it was pressurized to indicate that it had not been opened and the applicator wants for the eye base and eyebright products should also have clean sticks. The only place that there should be product is on the little sponge end when it’s been unused that wasn’t the case here in addition, several of the products were already separated from the lids when I first opened the kit. This is the first time this is ever happened. They are always shipped intact and properly secured in the case. I am returning this one and re-ordering it and we’ll see if this happens again if so, that’s actually hazardous to people‘s health if they don’t know and they use what is essentially a contaminated product, especially on the eye area.

Not as pictured

Not a complete dealbreaker but the planner page is a small, not medium as in the photos and description. In the photo, I pulled a medium page from another set (L) to compare to the one that came with this set (R). I was also disappointed they didn’t show the planner open and realized that they no longer have the elasticized pockets, just loops. Mine also came with the lip balm open and smeared all over the inside and other products. However, I still think it’s a good deal compared to the price of other recent filled planners. This set includes several new products (the fast track sticks, mulberry balm) and is pretty much a complete face except for complexion items like foundation and concealer. I love Trish McEvoy products and this set offers a great variety of items if you’re new to the brand or want to try some of her newer releases while replenishing staples like the instant eye lift, translucent powder, and mascara. The eyeliner color I received was jet black.

ALL my FAV Trish McEvoy Makeup!

I've used Trish for years, probably more like decades... this set has literally EVERYTHING that is a top-seller from her Brand. Especially the newer introductions to the brand. It's ridiculously convenient for anyone on the go! LOVE that the palettes are easily interchangeable from the cases and pages. Looks like there is an Intense Gel Eyeliner in the set, but not sure of the color. Either way, this planner is a must have deal!

Where is the BB Cream?

Nice packaging? Too much stuff and nobody at Nordstrom from McEvoy to show how to use it? Always a skeleton crew in beauty dept and frankly I deserve a specialist in this line. No cross selling by unknowns. If there’s no canvas - primer on face then what does the kit do? It’s too full to put a BB Cream in the portfolio! How to sign up for free tutorials in person??
