Everleigh Cubic Zirconia Pendant Necklace

I recently ordered a necklace, but when it arrived, it was evident that it had been returned. The stones were dull and not shiny, as they should be for a new item. The tag was clearly cut off and simply reattached. Additionally, there was a return sticker on the tag, and the necklace arrived in a plain, inexpensive gift box. The packaging slip with the barcode clearly indicated that it should be returned to stock. It’s incredibly frustrating that we pay full price for items expecting them to be unworn and unused, only to receive clearly used and dirty items. I’ve had several instances where I’ve received used items, and it’s simply disgusting. Honestly, this is unacceptable.
