What it is: An all-in-one multi-use vegan eye pencil combining high-pigment powder-shadow payoff with long-wearing eye tint stability.

What it does: The formulated features 12-hour oil-resistant adherence. Everlasting technology means no eye primer is needed. The 6.5mm tip is engineered for the natural curves of the eye area, perfect for evening out the under-eye area, contouring and highlighting the face. It is infused with vegan phyto collagen and nine types of peptides for gentle eye-area care.

How to use: Apply the eye pencil with one touch along the lash lien or blend for a diffused effect.
