What it is: A hybrid gel-to-balm formula that gently and thoroughly removes all traces of makeup and other impurities.

What it does: It's formulated with the brand's signature essential-oil blend of clove, eucalyptus, hops and chamomile oil, and is fortified with a high dose of shea butter and grapeseed oil, which are known for their intensive moisturizing benefits. Skin is left feeling soothed and nourished. An enzyme blend gently cleanses the complexion and lecithin enhances the skin's condition and supports skin-barrier function. The gentle, lightweight cleanser works in harmony with the skin's natural oil balance without drying the skin.
How to use: Pump the cleanser once or twice into the palms of wet hands. Massage gently onto wet skin and rinse well with lukewarm water.

Love it
The Eve Lom gel balm cleanser is my favorite cleanser. I have been using it for years, and summer or winter it is the best cleanser I have ever used. I prefer using it as a first cleanse because it just melts off anything on my face and leaves the skin really soft and nourished. Highly recommend !

Not a makeup remover if you can't remove eye m/u
This ticked all the boxes and I thought for sure I would love it. Just like the original cleanser but more convenient, rinses off with water, and takes up less real estate on the counter? Sign me up! WRONG. It's really none of those things, it burns my eyes, it doesn't rinse clean, and I can't return it. Pricey mistake.

Good
I have been using this cleanser and have just finished it I thought it was nice left skin smooth and soft I used as a first cleanse i didn't use around eyes as if I have make up on I use an eye make up remover I love the smell of this cleanser it smells herbal and natural I would purchase again but I would also like to try some other brands as well but is a good first cleanser and didn't cause any irritation

Spa in a bottle
Nothing feels more like spa in a bottle, all while cleansing your face. I love the Gel Balm Cleanser. Have been using for 6+ years.

Good cleanser
I had a large sample to try and I found the product quite hard to extract from the tube. However as the regular size has a pump this should be a lot easier. I was quite surprised at how effective the cleanser was and it left my skin feeling super soft. Overall a very good cleanser and one that I would recommend.

Great just quite pricey!
