Doorbell overheats all the time

I specifically asked before i bought this doorbell about it being in the sun before i purchased it and they said it wouldn't be a problem. As soon as it hits 80 degrees outside and the sun hits it. The doorbell overheats. Keep in mind my placement is away from the sun up untill 6pm at night. When the sun goes down, until that time it's fully shaded all day. I asked the questions before i bought the doorbell because where i live it get all over 100 degrees outside during the summertime. I will add photos for proof if it allows me to with my review, that being said i have had multiple brands of video doorbells and none of them overheated.

Doorbell works exactly as advertised

It was easy to install/configure and add to my existing Eufy system—where I have 3 yard cameras and a base station. I used it wired with the built-in battery backup. I really like that it saves 4 seconds of preroll before it detects a movement—which is an advantage of being wired. It connected up to my existing doorbell wiring easily. The image quality is great and positioned is great. It clearly captures the person at the door. The package camera also works well.
