What it is: A delightful sheer floral fragrance created from lilies, peonies, jasmine and karo-karounde blossoms.

Fragrance story: This eau de parfum also features the rare essence of baie rose to reflect a modern woman's desire to experience life's little pleasures every day. Created in 1995, pleasures set the trend for uplifting, airy fragrances and introduced the sheer floral fragrance style. Evelyn Lauder created this fragrance to have a sheer, elusive, luminous quality, capturing the clarity of flowers just after a spring rain.

Style: Sheer floral.

- Top: white lily, violet leaves, green leaves
- Middle: black lilac, white peony, karo-karounde, baie rose, pink rose, jasmine

Florist's Shop

This is so fresh and clean... freesia, lilies, jasmine and roses after a perfect spring rain in April/May. It lasts all day without overpowering. The corresponding Pleasures lotion is lovely too. I also like to wear this with Philosophy's Amazing Grace lotion; it has notes of freesia, rose and jasmine and though faintly scented it layers nicely with Pleasures. My freshmen year of college I wore Jessica McClintock and later Elizabeth Arden's 5th Ave. All have a similar fresh cut green flowers vibe, but Pleasures takes what both of those fragrances were trying to achieve and reaches perfection. And Pleasures has never given me a fragrance headache; I can't say that about McClintock or 5th Ave. I dislike vanilla in fragrances, a difficulty in perfume shopping today, but Pleasures is vanilla free! For reference I also wear Chanel 19: a fresh green scent with iris.

Old perfume

I always bought this perfume from Macy .this time I tried to change to buy online from Nordstorm . I've just use last week look like the perfume is old no scent. I put in the morning it should stay all day long but this is not. I am so disappoint. And not order again.

Purely Pleasures

I've always loved this cologne since the early 90's when it first came out. This one is a keeper, always have to have some on stock. I'll try all the new fragrances, but I always come back to Pleasures. You can't go wrong with this fresh, clean scent. I love it!

Lovely

I have been wearing Pleasures since it's debut. I absolutely love it's clean, floral, feminine scent. It is not overwhelming, which is extremely important to me. Pleasures is my everyday scent, I still receive many compliments while wearing my Pleasures.

1st Time User

This is my first time using this perfume. I don't like heavy scents and this one is perfect. A little strong at first but lessens quickly leaving a pleasant smell.

Wonderful Fragrance !

My neighbor lightly sprayed my holiday card with this and I had to have it. This is the most wonderful fragrance. I love it.
