very flattering and well made
I used to buy alembika in boutiques and was thrilled when Nordstrom started selling her cocoon dresses. They fit at the shoulders and bodice, then “cocoon” out in an appealing shape. I’m short-waisted, and the neckline and fit is super flattering. They are very generously cut. I like them close to the body, so I size way down. I’m 5’5”, 180 lbs and wear…a size 6-8 in these! Which is alembika size 1. The fabric gives and is not too tight but nicely fitted.
