What a mess!
I ordered 2 orders of these for an event; 8 total. They never arrived and seemed to be stuck in limbo at Fable. They stayed there for 2.5 weeks without moving so I called and canceled the order. Then, 2 weeks after cancelation, a package arrived so I thought I'd at least have these nice cups for the next event. EXCEPT THEY ONLY SENT ONE ORDER OF 4 CUPS! So now I have a headache of figuring out how to return them. It's not worth the headache of dealing with these people.
