Hugely mis-sized by manufacturer
I am consistently a 9.5 in shoes and boots (sometimes a 10 if no half sizes). A 9.5 in this boot was at least 1-1.5 sizes too big. Also, they are very shiny--like a slick raincoat, which I could not really tell from the photo. The shine would not cause me to return them because they are nice slip-on boots, but I don't know if I have time to wait for another size or even which size to order since they are so mis-sized.
