received wrong size and used!!!!
I can’t believe Nordstrom sent me not only the wrong size but also used!!!! The box says 10.5 but the shoes inside were a 10. I mean when you purchase or return at the store, they check to see if the shoes are the correct size. I guess not online. They don’t care or check. Plus these were clearly worn!!!! Such bad quality at Nordstrom!! They will sell anything
