Comfortable on your shoulder
Good bag, comfortable , wide band for shoulder strap, lots of inside pockets and zip closure. The only tiny hassle I have with this is that the zipper pull always gets turned sideways and is a drag. The zipper itself is substantial and smooth but the way the pull is attached, it keeps turning sideways and you have to fiddle with it to pull correctly on the zipper. It is minor but annoying and I have other Eric Javits bags that this does not happen with. Maybe they took a cheaper manufacturer and it isn't quite the same workmanship. Otherwise loving this replacement for a worn, older Eric Javits bag.

Eric Javits purse
I purchased this bag online - it came very quickly and even better it was free shipping! I discovered it was too big for my needs so I took it to the Nordstrom's at Stanford Shopping Center and exchanged it for one that worked better for me. The sales person was great! It was an even exchange which was perfect.
Another wonderful experience with Nordstrom's!
