Does not stay in place
We've attached the teething pad following the instructions and it keeps sliding down. Baby chews above it.

Love the front-outward carry
I debated on which carrier to buy for weeks before finally deciding on the Ergo 360. I've been a wrap user since my oldest was a newborn, but now my youngest is five months and wants to look around and wants to be in and out of the carrier quite often. I decided on the 360 because of the front-outward carry capabilities.
The carrier is easy to use, right out of the box. I only have two issues with it:
1- I struggle with the buckle on the back, this could be because I have broad shoulders, but I also have long arms, so normally reach isn't an issue for me. I'm hoping it just takes more practice so I don't need assistance or feel like a contortionist trying to get it on.
And 2- the Velcro on the waistband. Why must Velcro be so loud?! My little one gets startled every time I pull the waistband apart, and it's just not feasible to always walk away from him to take the carrier off completely. Plus, I can imagine it'll catch all kinds of lint, dog/cat hair, or anything else that'll stick to the Velcro. There's got to be another way to get this waistband to stay on tight.
I can also see this being a lot warmer than my wrap, which is a good thing during the winter, but not so good in our California weather. I'm hoping it won't be too hot or I'll have to switch over to ergo's more breathable option in a few weeks... Which does not have a front-outward option!
Overall, my son seems to really enjoy being able to see what's ahead instead of having to look out sideways! I'm glad I purchased the burp pad to go with it because he likes sucking or biting down on the front. I would recommend this to a friend, but I'd definitely point out its shortcomings too.

So comfortable!
I previously used a baby Bjorn to carry my daughter but it put a lot of stress on my shoulders. This ergo 360 is comfortable enough to wear for hours! I am so happy I bought it.

A baby must have
This is so much better than most of the baby carriers. I wish I would've gotten this for my 4 year old instead of the one we had.
It's better for the baby's hips and legs. Our 3week old just used it last night. We had to get the newborn insert too. But she loved it. Awake and sleeping, no fussing. She was so content. If you're looking for a baby carrier. This one is a must have.

Amazing carrier!
I wish we had gotten this carrier sooner! We originally had gotten it for ease of traveling with our little one. Highly recommend. The weight range is great too, I know this product will last for any future kids we may have.
