Couldn't Be Happier
I highly recommend this eye serum! It's not an oil--it feels like a watery gel and is like a drink of water for my undereye area. I can't live without this when wearing concealer now. It makes my skin look supple but never interferes with my eye makeup or irritates my eyes. If you want a lot of moisture without a heavy cream or oily residue, this is for you.
