Not great but not terrible
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this pan. Maybe it’s just me but it doesn’t consistently stay hot and not very nonstick. The handle is nice and comfortable tho and the size is convenient. Cleaning wasn’t a hassle.

Heat Source: The type of stovetop and its condition can impact how evenly a pan heats. Induction cooktops tend to provide the most consistent heat.
Cooking Temperature: Ceramic nonstick cookware generally performs best at low to medium heat. Using high heat can compromise the nonstick coating and cause uneven cooking.
Oil/Fat: Even with nonstick cookware, a small amount of oil or fat is still necessary to prevent sticking and promote even browning.
Here are some best practices for using ceramic nonstick cookware:
Preheat gradually: Start on low heat and gradually increase it as needed. Avoid sudden temperature changes.
Use gentle utensils: Silicone, wood, or nylon utensils are ideal for ceramic nonstick cookware. Avoid metal utensils as they can scratch and damage the coating.
Hand-wash: Although some ceramic cookware is dishwasher-safe, hand-washing is recommended to prolong the life of the nonstick coating. Use warm soapy water and a soft sponge or cloth.

Durable pan you need in your life!

Energy saving frying pan

It’s a nice pan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture above is how it came. The frying pan is little deeper than the one I already had so it was good to add to my addition of pans. I’ve used it twice so far, once to make steak, and once for fried rice and both times it was easy to use, and not too heavy on the wrist. Cleaning was also very effortless even though I used a soft sponge. I can’t say much about durability since Ive only used it twice but I don’t imagine cooking a bunch of times with this pan would ruin the product. Highly recommend.

The best pan I own
