Do not buy if you have an hourglass shape
I know not every piece of clothing can cater to all bodies. My main issue isn’t with the fit of the garment. I will say that the waist is gaping and my hip/butt region was very tight for me. I tend to order a Small and hope it works because my waist (26-27”) is smaller than my hips (41”). The waist was gaping in the back.
The real issue for me was how the shorts were able to be seen out the bottom when worn. It’s unflattering and seems like a design flaw. You can pull it down a bit but once you move they stick out again. The shorts are very thick too so you can seem their outline over the skirt.
