MILA DECEITFUL RETURNS & BUSINESS PRACTICES
I purchased three different sizes because the reviews were all over the place. I am 5'5 and 125 lbs and petite. I had to order a size 12!!?! That's crazy. I received all three dresses and none of the sizing made any sense each were so different and sadly the quality was incredibly poor for the cost. I received each dress wrapped in white paper with a beautiful orange ribbon. Each dress was carefully tried on and then rewrapped with the ribbon, boxed and sent back. Days later I receive an email that says that ALL 3 of my returns were declined! Why would I cause damage to ALL 3 dresses but the massive bright orange security tags are still attached? Absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted Nordstroms they can do nothing because Mila gets to make the decision on what returns they accept or not. Nordstroms response is there is nothing we can do, even though the charge says Nordstrom on my Amex? So why would I shop at Nordstrom and not go directly to the brand website (think about that for second)....Luckily they sent one of the dresses back and I have proof that is was in perfect condition. I would not recommend the Mila brand or anything sold from Marketplace on Nordstrom. Mila SHAME on you for being so dishonest. It's absolutely disgusting. Sadly, I am not the only one on here that it's happened to as well. I hope your brand is removed from Nordstrom.

Beautiful dress
First time trying this brand .. ordered a medium according to the size chart - was too small .. 34ddd/26 waist/ 5’7”.. I wanted to exchange for a large and wasn’t able to exchange because I got it on sale and Nordstroms had no way of fixing the price(was full price again) even though it would be considered an even exchange .. no customer service number for Milla only an email .. frustrating .. I should’ve bought a medium and a large at the sale price and sent one back .. doesn’t discourage me to try another dress by Milla - I have my eye on one for my birthday .. just disappointed couldn’t exchange and keep due to sizing :( I hope they fix this issue w exchanges.. I think it’s wrong to charge me full price for the exchange .. not Nordstrom’s fault - Milla needs correct

beautiful dress awful sizing
The dress is drop dead gorgeous, the sizing is wayyyyy off. I’m typically a small / medium based on reviews, I ordered a large and it was super tight. I’d need an xl to fit in it. For reference, I am 5’3 140lbs
