Embroidered Lace Long Sleeve Gown

What a horrific experience. The gown was worn and altered not to mention the smell of body odor could not be missed. The dress was the last one in my size and the woman at the counter where I tried to see if there was any alternative rather than a refund ( price adjustment, dry clean?)because it was the only one and the event is in two weeks. She just said try another department store and refunded. Turned around and walked away.
