Mug 2 Temperature Control Mug & Warmer

I got a 10oz mug as a gift about a year ago. Still runs well. Never thought i needed one till I got it. This is definitely a luxury, but it feels so good to have it. When you have an office job, and are glued to a screen, it is very nice to be able to drink your drink at a stable temperature, while in Teams meetings. I took a star off the rating because of two things - (1) - It does require you to log in to start the heating process. Not every single time, but every time you lose the pairing. and (2) - it runs out of charge very quickly, in about an hour. Does not help much when you have to sit through some back to back meetings.

This was a gift to me 2-3 years ago and I use it everyday, and still no problems! I'm careful to make sure the bottom is dry, don't submerge in water and it's been a great present . It does not keep my coffee piping hot for a long period of time anymore off the charger but that's been ok considering how old it is.

Hi have an Ember 2 cup which I purchased as a Christmas present to myself in December 2024. It’s been in use since then every day and is brilliant at keeping my coffee warm. I’m careful to use a wooden spoon so as to not damage the cup’s coating and also to lift the cup off the charging saucer to dab-off condensation, being careful not to bend the charging pins. It’s a wonderful cup which I greatly enjoy using.

The connectivity is atrocious. I have to reset and re-connect every single time I try to use it. Which is frustrating if you've already setup your device multiple times. Also the battery drains so quickly. I get the charging coaster can be used but you'd think the mug would last longer considering it's a mug meant to keep your beverage warm...
