Sadly, sleeves are odd
The arm openings are VERY deep cut and show side breast. Tulle sleeves are very fluffy. Appears to be a vey low cut sleeveless dress with cheap, fluffy tulle randomly sewn onto top sleeve strap. I usually love Mac Duggal, but this is a miss.
