loose fit/ comfy

Thought about returning just because it’s not fit it like the previous vest I got from this brand but changed my mind. It’s super comfy/roomy and you can pair it with almost any color. Love it! I got a large. I’m 5’8 172lb

How u guys accept return without tag on? And how u expect another customer paid full price for someone’s return with full of hair on it. And NO tag on ! This is disgusting!!!!
