The skirt consists of three layers, where the outer layer consists of a double layer of tulle with pink and yellow rose petals as well as green pompoms. The rose petals and pompoms can move around in the outer layer of tulle, which is a fun detail. The middle layer consists of tulle, while the inner layer consists of satin.
