Stripe Knit Flared Dress

I'm a very curvy 5'3" size 8 hourglass and this dress fits perfectly. The sweater thickness is thick enough to not show any undergarment lines yet thin enough to wear when the temps were in the 80's. The dark blue color and fit make it appropriate for my office environment. I received compliments when I wore this dress. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I really wanted to love this dress. It looks GREAT on the model, but did not work with my curves. I loved the weight and feel of the fabric, and the Navy blue was perfect, but it was not a flattering look for me so I returned it. (5'6 & 130# with hips.)

The fit is loose but stylish and playful. Very comfortable for wear at work and can be dressed up for going out with a set of pearls. I just machine washed it for the first time and dried in the dryer. It looks just like it did when I took it out of the box.

I had a huge event coming up and wanted a special dress, but unfortunately this one was back--ordered. Nordstrom came through, though, with another fabulous dress that worked beautifully. But when this dress finally arrived, I was just blown away. It looks great, it's comfortable, versatile, and make me feel younger than I am. It's looks great with sandals and a floppy hat on the pier, and it also looks fabulous with heels and scarves and jewelry. I'm glad I waited for this dress because I've already worn it a lot and have gotten many many comments on how good I look. I look my age, but the dress does make me look younger and more modern. I love it.

I ordered size Small for my 5' 7" 135lbs 36D Chest and it fit perfectly. I do have a bit of a belly from the holiday and this material does cling, so I would need Spanx underneath, not a problem. The only reason I sent the dress back was because it had lots of bits of fabric attached when it arrived. I think the material as light and soft as it is does and would collect bits of fabric. Shame really as the dress is figure hugging and extremely stylish. The Navy color is gorgeous and a True Navy. Anyone who has pets would have a hard time keeping this dress fur free as it does collect lint.

Eliza J dresses are darling. I've got 3 from this Spring so far, & I would happily get more. This knit is thick enough to be kind with bra & panty lines, but thin enough to feel light & airy. A bit short to be professional without hose (I'm 5 9"), but feels great & photographs well!
