cute but maybe not if you're curvy
The dress is cute but I found the pleats hit right around my hips and belly, so they were a little "inflated" and it gave off a slight...Amish vibe? See how the model has no noticeable hips and a fat belly? The pleats hang straight down. The material is stretchy and comfortable, but less so at the neckline.

I always say Nordstrom is the place to go when you need a dress for an occasion, and this dress is proof positive again. Perfect fit, flattering, hangs perfectly and is easy-care. This dress came bunched up in a plastic envelope and looks perfect coming out of the bag—you will never have to iron this baby! For reference, I ordered a 10. I am a 36DD and about 40”, 32-33”, 40” (usually closer to 39”, but it’s the holidays!)
