This is the look I have been searching for!
Bought this dress to wear to my son's upcoming wedding in Greece - a civil service, which is why this would be perfect. I wasn't sure about the tulle on the underskirt, but it really does not make it too full. Easily removable with scissors if you hate it. Pairing with nude pumps and some sparkly earrings and bracelet. I am 5'4" and the length hits me at the knee. Love this dress!!

Pretty but too short
I liked the top - the lace was pretty and delicate, and the color darker than pictured but nice. However, the dress was too short wasted and hemmed on me. I'm 5'9", long wasted, and smaller on top than bottom (pear shape). This gave me a boxy effect and look liked I was a little girl who had out grown last year's dress. Too short and full a skirt to be flattering unless you have amazing legs. But in general, I don't think knees are a terribly flattering part of a body to be visible on almost anyone.

Loved it!
Great length, comfortable and flattering! Only concern is the lace detail on top had to be steamed twice because it kept falling.

Color not accurate
This dress is cute and fits perfectly. However, it is a very dark blue--almost black. I really liked the bright blue in the picture. It's still a lovely dress--just not cheerful and bright like it appears.

Oh my gosh, what a cute dress!
The filtered picture on the website (which really is a disservice to Nordstrom customers) makes it difficult to see just how pretty this dress really is. There are lovely details, from the finished neckline to the polka-dotted tier at the hem that matches the bodice.
Eliza J dresses flatter my more-angular-than-curvy figure, and make me look feminine and feel pretty.It's elegant, yet fun, and is going to be the *perfect* dress for my son's beachside wedding this summer.

Illusion Yoke Lace Fit & Flare Dress
I was hoping this would be the dress to wear for an evening wedding in Napa. The fit was true to size and the overall style was cute and I thought perfect for this event. Unfortunately, I decided to return it because of two factors: the scalloped lace on top and the very stiff tulle attached to the lining of the dress. The issue with the scalloped lace on top is that not all stay upright. They are both on the front and back of the dress. Possibly attaching it to the netting on top might solve this problem but this might run the risk of tearing the fine netting. The stiff tulle attached to the lining of the skirt of the dress was another concern. Once it crinkles it will not fall back down into place by simply giving it a good shake, the way a softer netting would. Therefore, one needs to give careful attention so as not to end up with an odd looking bulge. This would mean having to be conscious of this every time one sits and/or needs to lift the skirt for any reason.
