Collared Poplin Fit & Flare Shirtdress

I wore this dress to my son's baptism and I got many compliments on it! I am a 34DD and the 8 petite fit well. I picked this dress because it was easy to breastfeed in. The dress design is great but the fabric left much to be desired. When will women's clothes make some dresses especially shirt dresses out of the same wrinkle free, machine washable cotton that they make some men's shirts out of?? My husband has Oxford shirts that come out absolutely wrinkle free, I want dresses like that!! This dress wrinkled easily even after I spent 30 minutes ironing the pleats and random threads kept sticking to the fabric throughout the day. Great dress, love Eliza J dresses but needs better fabric! If it was made out of the other fabric I mentioned I'd have a closet full of these dresses!!

I first purchased this dress one size smaller and it was tight across the chest. The dress is very cute, can be worn casual, work or dressed up with a different belt, cardigan sweater and heels. I am petite and ordered this in the petite sizing. It fits me just like the picture!
