Eliza Bow Back Strapless Satin Column Gown

I ordered a few dresses to try on for a special upcoming event and my orders keep getting randomly cancelled several days after I placed the order. I am so frustrated with how Nordstrom’s does this just because the outside vendor can’t fulfill the order by when they promised it. How about asking the customer if they can wait a little longer instead of just canceling the order? I have always loved shopping at Nordstrom’s online but now not so much.
