felt cheap and runs small

For the price of this belt and the fact that it was leather, this belt felt very stiff and cheap. the buckle on the front was light and dingy and the ridges on the side were sharp. It also was very tight and i ordered a s/m. I have a 25 inch waist. not very comfortable at all. i returned it.
