cute but runs small
This is a very cute design. Take note of the picture -the sleeves are butterfly and long (no buttons at the wrist). I bought both an XS and a SMALL as I typically fit in between the two (size 2 or 4). The small was a little too tight but tolerable for the NYE event I needed it for. The XS-forget about it. Is sheer both around the shoulders and around the waist. I am 32B and Small was snug (but didn’t pull at the buttons) around the bust.
