Their sizes are way OFF. Too small
I ordered size 1 for my grand daughter who wears size 13 shoes. But these were very small on her feet. She was extremely disappointed. Now I Need to exchange with one size bigger but I have lost my trust in their sizes the shoe looks nice but size is OFF.

Sizing is off, no half sizes therefore it’s either too small or too big. Tried a 12 exchanged for 13 still doesn’t fit. Really wanted to like these shoes
