Do Not Be Fooled By Photos
While this heating pad is nice, it’s not nearly as large as the photos make it out to be. Take away the rolled up part of the photo and what’s left is about the actual size. Pretty disappointing considering it’s advertised as a full body heating pad. I wasn’t expecting it to be huge or anything, but definitely not nearly as small as it truly is.

Small
It's expensive for such a small heating pad.

No checkers pattern
I ordered the checkers pattern twice and received the gray both times. Nordstrom says they cannot do anything since this product comes from a third party seller. Very disappointing. Also this heating pad does not get very hot at all. Returning both.

Not so hot heating pad
Not the cover pictured, and functionality is dodgy. At times, heat function stays on for only 15 min. And, unfortunately, it took early two weeks for delivery
