Eleanor Layered Sweatshirt Minidress

I absolutely love this dress. I bought it months ago and decided to review it. I am 60+ years old 5'4". This dress is versatile. You can dress it up or down with the appropriate footwear. I love this brand . I am an XL but this L fits perfect. It's not too short. Ironing the skirt will fix the the thin look of the fabric of the skirt. Putting a nude shapewear on will fix that also. I highly recommend.

This is a really cute and comfy top, but be advised that it runs extremely large. If you want any shape at all, size waaay down. (I normally wear an XL in FP and I bought a S in this.) I didn’t give it 5 stars because of the distressed cuts around the collar and cuffs. Which I didn’t notice until I wore it out. That’s ok, but you wouldn’t be able to wear it to the office or a nicer restaurant.

Not sure why “grey combo” is titled as such when it’s definitely just off white (like the pictures). The sweater is creamy off-white, and the skirt is slightly more chalky white Skirt pleats and sweater portion both arrived very wrinkled. Not ideal, but the material is pretty soft and 100% cotton, so I believe it will wear well over time. Rubs huge. FP often dishes out hobochic-oversized looks, and this minidress is no exception. Expect to be swimming in a tent - for better or worse I’m 5’1”, 30 weeks pregnant, and 130pounds. XS is more than plenty of roomy and will work throughout the rest of the pregnancy. With the baby bump, dress ends 3-4 inches above my knee —so below mid thigh—but this dress may be too short for anyone taller, especially since it’s so loose and billowy. The skirt portion is thin and a bit sheer. There is minor distressing on the cuffs and neckline, but the piece is casual anyway.
