A hidden firearm lies within its jaws. The large, light-up face features a hidden firing function in its jaw. But that’s just the beginning of the obstacles. End Result is Great, Assembly was Awful

My son LOVES the end result. The assembly, however, was beyond challenging. I say this as someone who has built many Schleich sets, including a barn, dino research station, and dino volcano. This Eldrador set took, at minimum, six hours. It was a Christmas present and it was incredibly discouraging that it took the better part of a day to assemble. I would have gladly paid more money for a set that was assembled (or, at least had comprehensible instructions).

Difficult assembly, very fun when built

Nightmare build. The instructions are dark and some sections are incorrect. Go with your instincts while building it and it's not too bad. Absolutely fantastic once built and so fun to play with! The YouTube video series is an extra bonus.

Nightmare assembly

This battle cave had such a wow factor when my daughter spotted it in the toy store and asked for her birthday, but the actual battle was the assembly. We spent about 6 hours trying to match pieces and details to dark pictures, decipher the vague instructions through trial and error) oh that simple little arrow pointing down means you’re supposed to squeeze the piece then slide it into place?!), and searching for videos online to see how the different features are supposed to work. The dragon segments won’t even fit together using pliers. Lastly, we received two of one item instead of opposing sides, so it’s currently held together with a rubber band.

Love
