I ordered these shoes in white and received a completely different pair of shoes in a different color, that had also been worn. I returned them to the local Nordstrom the next day and initially the department manager told me I couldn't return to that store because it wasn't a designer store. However, after calling the shipping store location to inform them about the issue and not getting anyone to come on the line after a while, the manager decided to refund the shoes.
