V-Neck Organic Cotton Pullover Sweater

I ordered two of these sweaters online; one black & one in reed, both in the same size. Both were smaller than expected, but the black one is even tighter than the one in reed. I own many pieces of EF clothing, and everything in organic cotton runs smaller than pieces in other fibers. The black sweater is especially ill-fitting, and the organic cotton has a strange spongy feeling that grips lint & hair. The black sweater arrived absolutely filthy, obviously a returned item, that Nordstrom SHOULD have cleaned with a lint roller before shipping it to me. It was covered with lint and someone else’s hair, inside & out! I was so grossed-out! It looked like someone used it to clean their floor. It took a long time for me to clean it just so I could try it on. I am disgusted that Nordstrom sent it to me in that condition. Even if the sweater fit, it was nothing special; just blah. I returned it.

I purchased this sweater in the Ecru in L. Great sale price for this sweater! Overall a nice fit with full-length sleeves. Highly recommend if you are looking for creamy neutral. I liked the sweater and price so decided to order the black in XL, because the large size was at that time, not available. I thought it would be fine to have an over-sized black sweater. Unfortunately, in the black xl, the sleeves were an inch or two too short. Awkward looking. It was sent back. Curious that the sleeve length is different with the same sweater, different colors. Quality control may need to be tightened up. I would respectfully request the Design Team to offer more pullover sweaters with a longer length, just past hip level. Hard to go wrong with that length. Not tunic length, mind you, just past the hips/rear so it looks pulled together with leggings, fitted jeans etc Thank you!
