Slim Ankle Stretch Crepe Pants

I have several pairs of these pants, recently the fabric and fit has changed slightly, so I haven't been sure of what size to get, so I contacted Eileen Fisher, and yes the fabric has changed as well as the fit, so now I am sure I wear a medium, but I wish the Eileen Fisher clothes had not been moved to another location recently, I liked the former location, and the associates were always so helpful, now that is not the case, in this new spot, the racks are so stuffed one can not find the one to try, there are only a very few fitting rooms, I love Ashley, but she and the other associates are to busy to offer the special service that Leslie, Linda and Janet offered, is it that Eileen Fisher does meet the requirement to be with rag and bone and others? Please move E/F back where it belongs, I miss the relaxed area, and my favorite people to help me with my selections, I like to see, and feel what I am buying, I would have purchased a top to go with these pants (I have two pair of this color now), but it was too busy, I couldn't try it, when I enter the store I see women's underwear and party dresses, really? T I search for my fave hidden somewhere in the middle, please, please get me back to the former spot.
