Disappointed

I fell in love with the color! But the fit is nothing like the 2 that I already own. Such a disappointment. EF has cut out the side panels of the older models, making the fit much tighter through the body, and not nearly so elegant. Cost cutting? I am returning.

New cut

I bought this in Cobblestone from Nordstrom in XL, my most common size in tops. It does run small, but more significant, it is cut differently, narrower, rather than "wider at the hem". I don't think I will try the next size. Also, Cobblestone has a bit of green in it, similar to Wren, but lighter. I have been seeing reviews saying tops are cut like an inverted triangle, and this was my experience with the long sleeve bateau neck striped top. Sizing down solved the problem, but I hope the good fit many of us rely on isn't going away.

Great but runs very small

Two things Eileen fisher should address: orders ALWAYS arrive wrinkled-badly. Secondly, no consistency in sizing. I worked For Saks Fifth Ave And Nordstrom and, customers always had size issues. This is overpriced but I wanted color. This should be priced at $179 or so. Most Eileen is Spendy but they capitalize on women who don’t have larger size options and have no place else for semi-luxury.

Great Vest

I just received this vest in the Maritime color, and I already love it. My usual size S is an easy fit--flattering but not oversized, and the length is neither cropped nor overly long. This is a cozy vest which I will wear with jeans and slim ponte pants this fall and winter. I'm looking at the other colors trying to decide which one to add.
