Perfect Fall and Winter Pants
Very expensive but absolutely lovely pants. The wool is very soft and not at all itchy, which is indicative of using good quality wool. I was concerned about how the pleats would look based on another reviewer's comments, but they are incredibly flattering on. These do run a little larger in the body than EF pants typically do; if the waist was just a tad looser I would reorder in a small. But they are not baggy and definitely don't make me look bigger. Very happy I splurged on these. These are classy, elegant and can be worn for casual or dressed up.

So lovely but beware dry cleaning
I was so excited to get these. They’re so flattering. On the very first time to the dry cleaner they shrunk like 3” in length. No longer wearable. Such a disappointment.

My absolute favorite pant
The lantern cut is my favorite style pant across EF fabrics. This style can be dressed up or down, worn with flats, combat boots, or oxfords. For the winter, though, nothing beats this felted wool jersey fabric. I really appreciate the styling options, too. It would have never crossed my mind to roll up at the ankles. (Especially great with combat boots.) Thanks, EF, for keeping some favorites around.

Great winter pants - run slightly large
I've been looking for a pair of winter felted wool pants, and I've finally found them. The look is great. The waist is slightly large, so I wish I could swap sizes, but they're sold out in the size below. I'll take them to my tailor for a quick fix.

Beautiful Fabric and Design
I love the design of these lantern pants. They are very comfortable as the fabric is very light weight and a bit stretchy. At first the waist was a bit tight but it stretched out to fit me perfectly. The Petite is the perfect length for me and falls at the ankle as shown. The pockets are deep and are placed perfectly. The legs are a bit wider but fall nicely and in my case the pant is slimming. I can see wearing these for three seasons in the PNW.
