These boots are super comfortable and made with lovely leather. And the accent bank around the sole is a pop of detail. Love them!

sizing inconsistent
Have bought EF shoes/boots for years and was happy to get these on sale. The sizing is way off—I bought these 2 times thinking the first pair was a fluke in the sizing—-encountered the same problem as I couldn’t even get my foot in the boot!!! Definitely returning and alerting Nordstrom staff to the issue! I’ve had same problem with clothing items. VERY disappointing and aggravating!

Impossible to put on
I ALWAYS wear a 8.5. Maybe these were sized wrong, but I could not even get my foot in them. I thought maybe I was missing a special zipper or closure. Pretty shoe. Runs abnormally small.

Cannot Get Foot In
Heel cap makes it very hard to get your foot into the boot. Once I did, one boot wouldn’t zip. I gave them 2 stars because the boot is beautiful.

Beautiful, comfortable boot
Fortunately i didnt have the experience some have mentioned about not being able to get my foot in. They are a little stiff, but they do give with use. Theyre a great heel height - more than flat shoes but still very comfortable.
