Nice shoe but…..
I ordered this shoe in my normal size and the size my previous EF shoes but this one runs really small - it also came with the back of the heel damaged. As much as I like the shoe not going to reorder.

Great shoes but USED
I received these today and love them -- they are super cute and comfortable. But they are not new. There are a few scuffs, and the soles on the bottom are dirty. Yuck! This really did take the fun out of getting new shoes. EF needs stricter quality control to prevent returned shoes from being resold as new.

Great Shoe with One Exception
These are great, easy summer shoe. I replaced the insert with one of my own, so they are extremely comfortable. I appreciate the fact that they design the shoe with removable inserts. The reason I downgraded to four stars is the fact that EF doesn't make half sizes anymore. I'm definitely a 10.5. The shoes I ordered, and am keeping, are 11. They definitely have too much room in the toe. Something I can live with but would prefer a shoe that is true to my size.

received used shoes
I was given used shoes. The soles were dirty, with smudges and scuffs all over. An Eileen Fisher's agent informed me that it had been sent from one of the stores and that there was no way to inspect the condition. Eileen Fisher, in my opinion, should pay more attention to the inventory. I immediately returned the shoes and am placing another order. This time, I had it brought to my local store so that I could inspect it before bringing it home.
