Don't size up
I sized up from 8.5M to 9, and they were too big.
I have slender feet, though, so maybe sizing up is okay for you.
I also didn't like the pinky-beige color, it made them look kind of orthopedic (like a flesh colored band-aid).

Lovely but Squeaky!
These espadrilles are beautiful, comfortable and true to size (I have narrow feet). However, they are LOUD. I found the squeaky noise too difficult to ignore. I'm returning them.

Very Nice Looking Espadrilles
I love Eileen Fisher espadrilles and have several pairs. These are a little different, and I wanted to make sure I got them before they ran out of my size. Although the weather is not condusive to this shoe right now, I have tried them on and they are very comfortable. I always go down a size in Eileen Fisher sandals, and did so with these. The material is very nice, and will look great with crops or skirts in the spring and summer. There are several colors to choose from.
