Just before the elbow sleeve size up in Plus
The elbow sleeve is a good length. Covers what you need but it is not exaggerated or too long. About two inches from the inside of the elbow on me in a 2x. I sized up on this to get a more “Easy” fit. May seem like a high of a price for a T-shirt but the quality is very good and will last for many seasons.

Color is off from other Cassis purchases
Nice shirt, but color is noticeably off from other EF separates I've purchase in Cassis. Since I specifically purchased it to go with a pair of pants from a couple of seasons ago, I had to return.

Great top, but size up!
This is a great and substantial tee, with some polish! Looks great under jackets, cardigans, or alone. I wish I had gotten the white and black when still available in my size. The size large fit is great for me … not boxy or much larger in mid section than shoulders. Different from looser fit EF tees. I almost always wear a small in EF tees and needed a large in this one. It fits wonderfully, not snug but slightly form fitted, so perfect for my 60 something body. And there is some polish to the fabric, so works for a dressier or casual look.

Beautiful but clingy round mid section
Usually S in Eileen Fisher. Bought large as described as slim fitting, and love the neat neck, slim elbow sleeves, and beautiful fabric with slight sheen. But rib knit makes it cling round my bulgy mid section.
